The Misen 119Ah is a high energy density Lithium-ion NMC pouch cell designed for electric vehicles, EV battery retrofit, commercial vehicles, marine systems, AGV, robotics, industrial battery packs and high-energy battery module projects. Its large-format pouch structure provides high single-cell energy, stable performance and flexible module integration for demanding power applications.
With a nominal voltage of 3.73V and a nominal capacity of 119.2Ah, the cell delivers approximately 444.5Wh of nominal energy. It uses 39.7A as the standard charge and discharge current and supports 155A continuous charging and 238.4A continuous discharging at 25°C. Fast charging from 15% to 80% SOC takes approximately 30 minutes under specified conditions.
Featuring an energy density of 275Wh/kg and 610Wh/L, the 119Ah pouch cell helps increase battery pack energy while maintaining efficient space and weight utilization. Its DC resistance of 1.0±0.2mΩ at 25°C and 50% SOC helps reduce voltage drop, heat generation and power loss during high-current operation.

Under 0.5C charge, 1C discharge, 100% DOD and 25±2°C test conditions, cycle life reaches ≥2000 cycles with 80% SOH. It also supports ≥1500 cycles at 45°C under the specified cycle test conditions.
