The 3.2V 15Ah 32140 is a cylindrical lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery cell designed for high-performance energy storage and power applications. This model is widely recognized for its reliability, safety, and adaptability to diverse high-power scenarios.
Designed for challenging environments, our LiFePO4 cylindrical cell features a corrosion-resistant stainless steel casing and advanced thermal management. The cell’s 21700 form factor (21mm diameter, 70mm length) balances energy density (160Wh/kg) and structural integrity, while the patented electrolyte formula ensures stable performance at -30°C (85% capacity retention) and 70°C (≤5% self-discharge rate/month). Each cell undergoes 100% capacity grading and impedance matching, guaranteeing ≤2% variance in a 10,000-cell batch. The built-in PTC thermistor prevents overheating, while the laser-welded terminals support 50A peak current.
