The Misen K103 103Ah is a high energy density Lithium-ion NMC pouch cell designed for electric vehicles, energy storage systems, low-speed EVs, utility vehicles, telecom backup power, industrial battery packs and high-energy battery module projects. With a large-capacity pouch format, the cell provides reliable energy output, stable performance and flexible pack integration for demanding power applications.
With a nominal voltage of 3.7V and a rated capacity of 103Ah, the cell delivers approximately 379Wh of nominal energy. It supports 103A 1C continuous charging, 206A 2C continuous discharging and 309A 3C peak discharge capability for up to 10 seconds under SOC ≥50%, making it suitable for applications requiring both high energy and stable power output.
Featuring energy density of 210.6Wh/kg and 503Wh/L, the K103 pouch cell helps improve system energy output while maintaining efficient space utilization. The low internal resistance of ≤ 0.55mΩ helps reduce heat generation, improve efficiency and support stable charge and discharge performance in battery pack applications.
The compact pouch design measures approximately 268 × 265 × 13.3 mm and weighs ≤ 1810g. It can be integrated into customized battery modules with BMS, busbars, insulation materials, wiring, connectors and protective structures according to different project requirements.
The cell supports charging from 0°C to 45°C under different charging current limits and discharging from -20°C to 55°C. Under 90% DOD, 1C charge / 1C discharge and 25±3°C test conditions, the cycle life can reach ≥6000 cycles with 70% remaining capacity. It is widely used in EV battery packs, ESS systems, solar energy storage, telecom backup power, utility vehicles, AGV, robotics and industrial power equipment.
