Introducing the 3.2V 14Ah 10C LiFePO4 Pouch Battery Cell, a cutting-edge lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) solution engineered for high-power applications and exceptional durability. Designed with advanced pouch cell technology, this battery cell combines compactness, rapid discharge capabilities, and superior safety, making it ideal for demanding energy storage and mobility systems.
Our LiFePO4 pouch cell combines advanced energy density with flexible form factor engineering. Available in sizes from 10Ah (150x80x2mm) to 200Ah (650x200x5mm), the cell features a dual-layer aluminum-plastic laminate casing that supports 300 cycles at 80% DOD with <3% capacity loss per 100 cycles. The cathode uses nano-structured LiFePO4 particles for 160mAh/g specific capacity, while the anode employs graphite-silicon composite to enhance energy density to 180Wh/kg. Internal laser-welded copper tabs ensure low contact resistance (≤0.5mΩ), and the cell is pre-coated with thermal interface material for direct liquid cooling integration.
