The 3.2V 150Ah is a high-capacity lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery cell designed for large-scale energy storage and industrial applications. This model is widely recognized for its reliability, scalability, and adaptability to both commercial and industrial energy demands.
Our LiFePO4 prismatic cell is designed to deliver exceptional performance in a robust, compact form factor. With dimensions ranging from 145x65x18mm (20Ah) to 205x135x65mm (280Ah), the cell features a precision-engineered aluminum alloy casing that provides superior thermal conductivity (200W/m·K) and mechanical strength (compression resistance ≥50kN). The prismatic structure enables optimal stacking efficiency, with a tabless design and laser-welded current collectors that reduce internal resistance to ≤1.2mΩ. Internally, a ceramic-coated separator and flame-retardant electrolyte ensure stability across 4,000+ charge-discharge cycles at 100% DOD, maintaining 80% capacity after 10 years of daily use. The cell operates within a wide voltage range (2.5V–3.65V) and supports both air and liquid cooling configurations for versatile system integration.
