Technical Note: The above specifications are based on available batch information and market-channel test data. Parameters including peak discharge rate, operating temperature, cycle life, standard charge rate, charge cut-off voltage and discharge cut-off voltage should be verified according to the actual production batch before battery pack design. A properly selected BMS with overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit protection and cell balancing functions is required.
The Envision AESC 139Ah is a large-format NCM lithium-ion pouch cell designed for high-capacity and high-power battery pack applications. It features a nominal voltage of 3.7V, 139Ah capacity, approximately 0.6mΩ AC internal resistance and a continuous discharge capability of 3–5C. With a slim long-format structure and a reported maximum discharge current of approximately 800A, the cell is well suited for customized electric motorcycle and electric vehicle battery systems.
With a nominal voltage of 3.7V and a rated capacity of 139Ah, this large-format NCM pouch cell provides approximately 514Wh of calculated nominal energy. The high-capacity design helps reduce the number of parallel cells required in large battery systems, supporting simpler pack layouts and high-energy battery configurations.
The cell supports a confirmed continuous discharge rate of 3–5C and a reported maximum discharge current of approximately 800A. This combination of high capacity and strong current output makes it suitable for battery systems requiring both extended operating time and high-power performance.
The cell has an AC internal resistance of approximately 0.6mΩ. Low internal resistance helps reduce voltage drop and internal heat generation during high-current discharge, supporting efficient power delivery when the cell is integrated into a properly engineered battery pack.
Measuring approximately 10.4 × 115 × 550mm, the cell uses a slim, elongated pouch format that is suitable for long and narrow battery compartments. The format provides flexibility for customized battery pack layouts, particularly in electric motorcycles, electric two-wheelers and other space-constrained high-capacity applications.
The cells are supplied in new, unused and uncycled condition with original unwelded tabs. The original tab configuration provides greater flexibility for customized pack assembly and allows the connection process to be designed according to the required current level, battery structure and production method.
Each cell includes a traceability code for batch identification. Batch traceability helps buyers manage incoming cell inspection, capacity matching and quality records, while providing an additional reference for confirming cell origin and batch-related technical information.
Typical Applications:
Suitable for customized high-capacity lithium-ion battery packs for electric motorcycles, electric scooters, electric two-wheelers and other EV applications. A typical configuration can include a 72V-class battery system using approximately 20 cells connected in series. Mechanical dimensions, battery compartment space, discharge current, BMS capability and electrical compatibility should be evaluated before final pack integration.
Custom Battery Pack Solutions:
Misenpower supports customized battery pack solutions based on the Envision AESC 139Ah NCM pouch cell, including cell matching, BMS selection and integration, structural design, insulation, wiring and pack assembly. For production projects, charging parameters, discharge cut-off voltage, peak discharge capability, operating temperature range and cycle-life requirements should be verified according to the actual cell batch before final engineering approval.
Technical Note: The above information is based on available market-channel test data and batch information and is intended for product selection and technical communication. Peak discharge rate, charging parameters, operating temperature range and cycle life remain subject to verification according to the actual production batch and supporting test records.
