The Farasis IMP06160231P32B is a large-format rechargeable lithium-ion pouch cell delivering 33.3Ah and 124.21Wh at a 1/3C rate. Its high energy density, low resistance, verified 10-second power limits, wide operating-temperature range and 1,500-cycle target support demanding battery-module designs. The bare cell requires calibrated protection, welded tab connections, controlled compression, electrical insulation and application-specific thermal management.
At a 1/3C rate, the cell provides 33.3Ah, a 3.73V nominal voltage and 124.21Wh of energy. At 1C, it delivers 32Ah, 3.67V and 117.44Wh. Publishing both test rates gives pack engineers a more realistic basis for estimating usable energy under moderate and higher-load operating conditions.
The P32B reaches 249Wh/kg and 560Wh/L at 1/3C, with corresponding 1C values of 235Wh/kg and 529Wh/L. Its 6.05±0.15mm pouch thickness and 498±15g weight support compact module layouts. Production designs must accommodate dimensional tolerances, swelling allowance, compression requirements and tab strain relief.
The maximum discharge rating is 160A, equivalent to 5C, for 10 seconds at 25°C and 50% SOC. This verified short-duration capability can support controlled acceleration, starting or transient-load events. It must not be interpreted as a continuous current rating, and the BMS should enforce the specified duration, voltage and temperature boundaries.
Farasis specifies a fast-charge time of less than 55 minutes from 0% to 80% SOC at 25°C. The maximum charging current is 96A or 3C for 10 seconds at 25°C and 50% SOC. Because this is a short-duration maximum, the complete manufacturer-approved charging profile is required before charger or BMS programming.
Typical resistance is specified at 2.4mΩ DC under a 2C, 0.5-second test and 1.1mΩ AC at 1kHz, both at 25°C. The listed operating ranges extend from -20°C to 55°C for charging and -30°C to 55°C for discharging. Sub-zero charging conditions still require confirmation from the full manufacturer specification.
Cycle life is specified at 1,500 cycles at 25°C using the stated SC/1C test condition, with at least 80% state of health remaining. Actual service life will depend on charge profile, depth of discharge, average SOC, temperature, compression uniformity and current demand. Application-specific validation is recommended before setting pack-life or warranty commitments.
Custom battery pack applications: The Farasis P32B can support professionally engineered electric-mobility, AGV, robotics, marine, industrial-power and high-energy battery modules after application validation. Misenpower supplies cells and supports custom pack integration with a matched BMS, fuse protection, welded tab interconnects, voltage and temperature sensing, insulation, controlled compression or spacing, cooling and mechanical restraint. Where applicable, supporting CE, UN38.3, RoHS and UL documentation can be provided for the relevant product and shipment; availability, scope and validity must be confirmed before ordering.
