The EVE F16M is a rechargeable LMFP pouch lithium-ion cell developed for high-capacity and high-power battery modules. It provides at least 50.5Ah capacity and 181.8Wh energy under the specified 0.2C test conditions. The cell supports 3C continuous discharge and a defined 5C pulse discharge for 10 seconds, while its slim pouch construction enables space-efficient custom module layouts.
The F16M provides a minimum capacity of 50.5Ah when tested from 4.2V to 2.5V at 25 ±2°C and a 0.2C rate. Retaining these test conditions helps buyers compare the cell accurately without treating its minimum rated capacity as an unsupported typical or maximum value.
Minimum cell energy is specified at 181.8Wh under the same 2.5–4.2V, 25 ±2°C and 0.2C test conditions. This energy rating supports compact battery-module development for mobility, industrial equipment and other systems that require substantial stored energy from a thin pouch-cell format.
At 25°C, the cell supports a maximum continuous discharge current of 3C. Its 5C pulse rating applies for 10 seconds only, at more than 50% SOC and 25°C. These defined limits support high-power system design while preventing the pulse specification from being mistaken for a continuous operating current.
The standard charge current is 0.5C at 25°C, while maximum continuous charging is specified at 1C when SOC is no higher than 50% and cell temperature is 25°C. A 4.2V charge limit must be enforced by the charger and pack-level battery management system.
Initial AC resistance is specified at no more than 1.5mΩ using a 1kHz AC measurement. The cell is shipped at approximately 30% SOC. Resistance, voltage and physical condition should be checked during incoming inspection and cells should be matched before series or parallel module assembly.
The cell measures 233.5 ±1.0mm long without tabs, 161.0 ±1.0mm wide and 10.5 ±0.25mm thick, with a weight of 829 ±15g. Thickness is defined at shipping SOC under 800 ±300N pressure, an important condition for module spacing, compression and enclosure design.
Custom battery pack applications: The EVE F16M may be considered for electric mobility, commercial vehicles, marine systems, AGVs, robotics and industrial battery modules after application-specific validation. MisenBattery supplies cells and supports custom pack integration, including BMS selection, fuse protection, welded tab interconnects, voltage and temperature sensing, insulation, cell spacing, controlled compression, thermal management and mechanical enclosure design. Supporting CE, UN38.3, RoHS and UL documentation can be provided where applicable to the selected product and shipment.
