The Farasis P60C is a large-format NCM lithium-ion pouch cell identified at 3.7V and 60Ah, providing approximately 222Wh of calculated nominal energy. Its ultra-long 8.2 × 88 × 570mm profile supports space-efficient custom module layouts for electric-mobility and high-energy systems. Electrical current limits, temperature ranges, resistance and cycle life must be confirmed from a manufacturer-controlled specification before production integration.
The confirmed 3.7V nominal voltage and 60Ah capacity provide approximately 222Wh of calculated single-cell energy. This energy level can reduce the number of parallel cells required in high-capacity battery modules. Minimum capacity, standard test current, discharge cut-off and production tolerances still require confirmation from the controlled manufacturer specification.
At 8.2mm thick, 88mm wide and 570mm long, the P60C provides a slim, ultra-long form factor for specialized module layouts. The profile can support efficient use of narrow installation spaces, but production designs must confirm dimensional tolerances, tab geometry, cell mass, swelling allowance, compression pressure and enclosure clearances.
The confirmed NCM lithium-ion chemistry makes the P60C an energy-oriented pouch-cell platform for professionally engineered battery modules. Final gravimetric and volumetric energy density cannot be stated until production mass and dimensional tolerances are available. The cell must be protected against overcharge, over-discharge, excessive current, short circuit and operation outside validated temperature limits.
The compiled sheet lists CC/CV charging, a 4.20V upper reference, a 2.75V discharge reference, 30A charging and 60A discharging. These values are engineering assumptions based on conventional NCM cells, not confirmed P60C limits. Charger, inverter and BMS settings must follow the original Farasis specification or qualified sample testing.
The ultra-long pouch requires uniform mechanical support, controlled compression, electrical insulation, tab strain relief and space for normal swelling. Cell-to-cell temperature uniformity and application-specific cooling are particularly important across its 570mm length. The pouch must not be bent, folded, crushed, punctured or installed where tabs can carry mechanical loads.
Before commercial release, obtain verified capacity conditions, resistance data, continuous and pulse-current limits, temperature ranges, storage requirements, cycle-life criteria and safety documentation. Representative production samples should also be checked for capacity, voltage, resistance and dimensions. Cells from different models, batches, ages or states of health should not be mixed within one module.
