The IMP14103352P78B is a 3.75V NCM lithium-ion pouch cell designed for high-energy, high-power battery systems. It provides 80Ah at 0.33C, 78Ah at 1C and 300Wh nominal energy, together with a source-stated maximum continuous discharge current of 156A at 25°C. Its slim 13.6mm construction supports space-efficient module and custom battery-pack layouts.
The cell provides 80Ah capacity when measured at 0.33C and 78Ah at 1C, with a nominal voltage of 3.75V. Its specified 300Wh energy supports the development of high-capacity modules where energy output, cell count and available installation space must be carefully balanced.
At the specified 0.33C test rate, the IMP14103352P78B reaches 282Wh/kg gravimetric energy density and 621Wh/L volumetric energy density. This combination makes the cell suitable for battery designs that prioritize usable energy while controlling module weight and enclosure volume.
The source specifies a maximum continuous discharge current of 156A, equivalent to 2.0C, at 25°C. A peak discharge power of at least 1035W is also specified for 10 seconds at 25°C and 50% SOC, supporting properly engineered high-power module applications.
The cell uses a specified charge cut-off voltage of 4.28V and supports charging within a stated ambient range of −20°C to 55°C. The source also lists peak charge power of at least 607W for 10 seconds at 25°C and 50% SOC, subject to controlled pack-level charging.
AC resistance is specified at no more than 1.0mΩ under 25°C, 1000Hz and 55% SOC test conditions. The cell supports discharge from −30°C to 55°C, with temperature-dependent discharge cut-off voltages that must be implemented accurately by the battery management system.
The pouch body measures 352.5 ±1 × 103 ±1 × 13.6 ±0.25mm, with an overall tab-to-tab length of 395 ±3mm. Under the stated 25°C StepCharge/1C test condition, cycle life is rated at no fewer than 1800 cycles while maintaining more than 80% SOH.
Custom battery pack applications: Suitable applications may include electric vehicles, commercial mobility systems, marine energy systems, AGVs, robotics and other high-energy battery modules. MisenBattery supplies pouch cells and supports custom pack integration, including BMS selection, fusing, welded interconnects, voltage and temperature sensing, electrical insulation, cell spacing, compression control, thermal management and mechanical enclosure design. Supporting CE, UN38.3, RoHS and UL documentation can be provided where applicable to the selected product and shipment.
