The Misen 60180 3.2V 65Ah LiFePO4 battery cell is a large cylindrical LFP cell designed for electric motorcycles, low-speed EVs, AGVs, logistics equipment and energy storage systems. Its high single-cell capacity, rigid steel construction and threaded terminal support reliable custom battery module integration.
The rechargeable 60180 LFP cell provides a nominal voltage of 3.2V and a nominal capacity of 65Ah. Its large cylindrical format combines high capacity with a rigid structure suitable for customized traction and stationary battery systems.
Each cell provides 208Wh of nominal energy and approximately 184Wh/kg of calculated gravimetric energy density. The high single-cell energy can reduce parallel groups, busbar connections and assembly points within a battery pack.
Maximum continuous discharge is 65A, equivalent to 1C, while maximum continuous charging is 32.5A or 0.5C. Pulse discharge is referenced at up to 195A for 30 seconds when the cell temperature remains below 55°C.
Typical AC internal resistance is approximately 0.4–0.6mΩ. The full-tab current-collection structure shortens the current path and supports efficient power transfer, lower voltage drop and controlled heat generation in a properly designed module.
Reference cycle life reaches at least 2,000 cycles to approximately 70% SOH under specified conditions. The cell supports charging from -20°C to 55°C and discharging from -30°C to 60°C, subject to validated current and temperature controls.
The steel shell, threaded terminal and dual venting path support secure module assembly. Cell dimensions are approximately Ø60.2 × 180.1mm and weight is approximately 1.13kg. Pack designs should preserve terminal insulation, mechanical spacing and pressure-relief clearance.
Custom battery module applications: The Misen 60180 LiFePO4 cell can be integrated into electric motorcycle batteries, low-speed EV batteries, AGV battery systems, portable power stations and residential or commercial energy storage systems. A complete battery pack requires a compatible BMS, fuse, contactor, busbars, insulation, temperature sensing, thermal management and secure mechanical mounting.
