The S45 is a high energy density Semi-Solid NCM lithium-ion pouch cell developed for advanced power applications requiring lightweight design, structural stability and balanced discharge performance. By adopting a semi-solid electrolyte system, the S45 achieves improved interfacial stability and higher energy density compared to conventional liquid electrolyte lithium-ion pouch cells.

With a nominal voltage of 3.7V and a capacity of 45Ah, the S45 delivers up to178Wh of energy in a compact and thin pouch format. The cell is optimized for energy-focused system designs while maintaining 3C continuous discharge capability, making it suitable for applications where both power output and endurance are critical.

The semi-solid electrolyte architecture contributes to enhanced thermal stability and mechanical integrity, supporting long-term operation under demanding conditions. With a gravimetric energy density of up to270Wh/kg and volumetric energy density up to 581Wh/L, the S45 enables higher system-level energy integration without increasing overall weight or volume.

Designed for industrial-grade deployment, the S45 supports a wide operating temperature range and delivers a cycle life of up to 2000 cycles under standard test conditions.
