The Misen 82Ah / 75Ah Semi-Solid NCM Lithium-ion Pouch Cell Series is designed for electric vehicles, energy storage systems, UAVs, robotics, AGV, portable power equipment, industrial battery packs and customized high-energy battery modules. The 82Ah cell is the main model, while the 75Ah version provides an additional option for projects requiring a different voltage platform, cell size or discharge profile.
The main ZXGT003-82AH cell features a nominal voltage of 3.7V, a rated capacity of 82Ah and nominal energy of 303.4Wh. Standard charging is specified at 16.4A (0.2C), while the maximum continuous charging current is 41A (0.5C). The cell uses CC/CV charging to a 4.2V charge limit and has a 2.5V discharge cut-off voltage.
The 82Ah cell supports 164A continuous discharge at 2C, 246A discharge at 3C for 3–5 minutes and up to 820A pulse discharge at 10C for no more than 3 seconds, subject to terminal and battery system limits. Its AC internal resistance is <2mΩ at 1kHz, helping reduce voltage drop, heat generation and power loss during high-current operation.
Cycle life is rated at 800 cycles under 0.2C charge and 0.2C discharge conditions and 500 cycles under 0.2C charge and 1C discharge conditions. Both cycle references are based on 100% DOD and the test conditions specified in the product datasheet.
The 82Ah cell measures approximately 269±2 × 151±2 × 9.4±0.5 mm and weighs 794±10g. Its slim pouch construction supports compact module layouts and can be integrated with busbars, insulation materials, compression structures, temperature sensors, wiring, connectors, BMS and protective housings according to different project requirements.
The optional 75Ah model provides a nominal voltage of 3.85V, a nominal capacity of 75Ah and approximately 288.75Wh of nominal energy. It supports 2.5C continuous discharge and uses a 4.4V charge limit. The cell measures approximately 245±2 × 120±1 × 11.0±0.3 mm and weighs approximately 775g.
For the 82Ah model, the specified charging temperature range is 0°C to 45°C, the discharge temperature range is -20°C to 55°C, and the recommended storage temperature range is -10°C to 35°C with humidity below 75% RH.
