The Farasis MP06160231S35C is a slim, high-power rechargeable lithium-ion pouch cell with 35Ah-class capacity. It provides 130.55Wh at 1/3C, supports 100A continuous discharge and delivers up to 167A for a defined 10-second pulse. Wide charge and discharge temperature ranges, 2,000-cycle performance and a 6.10mm cell thickness support demanding custom battery-module designs.
The cell provides at least 35Ah at 1/3C, 34.5Ah at C/2 and 33.5Ah at 1C. Publishing each capacity together with its test rate gives pack designers a clearer basis for estimating usable capacity under different load profiles.
At 1/3C, the cell delivers 130.55Wh with 266Wh/kg gravimetric and 588Wh/L volumetric energy density. Its combination of stored energy and 6.10mm thickness supports compact modules where enclosure volume and battery weight are tightly controlled.
Maximum continuous discharge is specified at 100A, equivalent to 3C, at 25°C. For short power demands, the cell supports 167A or 5C for 10 seconds at 25°C and 50% SOC. The pulse rating must not be treated as continuous current.
The published operating range supports charging from −15°C to 55°C and discharging from −30°C to 60°C. A 67A or 2C charge pulse is specified for 10 seconds at 25°C and 50% SOC, subject to proper BMS and thermal control.
Cycle life is specified at 2,000 cycles while maintaining at least 80% SOH under 25°C, 0.5C charge, 1C discharge and a 4.3–3.0V voltage window. Actual service life depends on temperature, SOC window, current demand and pack-level mechanical control.
The cell body measures 231 ±1 × 160 ±1 × 6.10 ±0.15mm, with an overall length of 240 ±2mm and a weight of 498 ±15g. The opposed tab layout supports compact module construction with appropriately designed spacing, insulation and welded connections.
