Our NCM 811 pouch cell redefines electric mobility with a breakthrough 215Wh/kg energy density, achieved through an 8:1:1 nickel-cobalt-manganese cathode and silicon-carbon anode. The 25Ah cell (150x80x4mm) delivers a nominal voltage of 3.75V and supports 4.3V fast charging (0-80% in 15 minutes). Encased in a ceramic-lined aluminum-plastic laminate, it resists punctures (≥600N) and thermal runaway, with a tabless design reducing internal resistance to ≤0.6mΩ. Engineered for 800V platforms, the cell maintains 70% capacity after 1,500 cycles at 80% DOD, ideal for long-range EVs.
