Engineered for OEM/ODM flexibility, our LiFePO4 pouch cell platform offers unlimited customization. Choose from 0.5Ah to 500Ah capacities, with rectangular, square, or irregular shapes (e.g., L-shaped for RV cabinets). The cell’s laminate casing is available in matte or glossy finishes, with optional UV-resistant coatings for outdoor use. Internal electrodes can be tailored for energy density (150Wh/kg) or power density (3000W/kg) via thickness variation (50-120μm). Each custom cell undergoes 100% X-ray inspection to ensure weld integrity and electrolyte uniformity.
