The ultra-thin aluminum-plastic laminate casing ensures high puncture resistance (≥500N) while enabling bending radii as low as 5mm for curved installations. Internally, a multi-layered separator prevents short circuits, while the laser-welded copper-nickel tabs support 150A peak current.
