The high-strength laminate casing uses aerospace-grade aluminum alloy (6061-T6) for 40% weight reduction without compromising puncture resistance (≥600N). The cell’s graphite anode is coated with graphene for 15% higher conductivity, enabling 8C pulse discharge for short-duration high-power needs. With a specific energy of 210Wh/kg, it outperforms traditional LiFePO4 by 20% in portable applications.
