With a thickness of 0.8-3.5mm and customizable dimensions (up to 300mm x 200mm), the cell features a lithium titanate anode and lithium iron phosphate cathode, achieving a nominal voltage of 2.4V and energy density of 90Wh/kg. The ultra-thin aluminum-plastic laminate casing ensures high puncture resistance (≥500N) while enabling bending radii as low as 5mm for curved installations. Internally, a multi-layered separator prevents short circuits, while the laser-welded copper-nickel tabs support 150A peak current.
