Built with cutting-edge Nickel Manganese Cobalt (NMC) chemistry, this battery module delivers exceptional energy density, reliability, and adaptability across diverse environments.
Our EV battery module is a cutting-edge propulsion system designed to meet the rigorous demands of modern electric vehicles. Built with premium LiFePO4 prismatic cells (280Ah each), the module delivers a nominal voltage of 51.2V and energy capacity of 14.336kWh in a compact 600x200x120mm package. The modular design features a lightweight aluminum frame (18kg total weight) with integrated liquid cooling channels, achieving a power-to-weight ratio of 1,800W/kg. Each module undergoes 100% automated testing for voltage balance (≤±5mV) and impedance matching (≤±2%), ensuring seamless integration into 400V–800V battery packs. The module supports fast charging at 3C (0–80% in 25 minutes) and is rated for 5,000+ cycles at 80% DOD, providing 15+ years of service life in passenger vehicles.

Optimized for 800V high-voltage platforms, reducing current load and enabling ultra-fast charging (up to 150kW input).

2. Intelligent Thermal Control
Serpentine cooling channels achieve <3°C temperature gradient across the module, even during sustained high-speed driving.
Pre-integrated BMS slave unit monitors cell voltage/temperature in real time, transmitting data via CAN FD protocol (2Mbps).

Connects in series/parallel to create 40kWh–120kWh battery packs for sedans, SUVs, and crossovers. A 10-module pack (143kWh) powers a premium EV with 800km WLTP range.
